What We Do
AI tools are powerful, but they do not automatically improve decisions or workflows. Elseframe helps organizations understand where AI can meaningfully support real work—simplifying complex work, improving workflows, and focusing attention where it matters most.
Elseframe helps organizations clarify these questions clearly by identifying where AI can augment workflows, support human judgment, and surface insights that would otherwise be difficult to see.
We design decision-focused systems that combine strategy, thoughtful design, and AI to support human judgment. The goal is not automation alone, but clarity—helping teams understand what’s happening and act deliberately.
We begin by framing the problem: what matters, what doesn’t, and where insight will change outcomes. From there, we design and prototype decision-focused approaches grounded in real constraints and real people, often including AI-supported tools and workflows.
How We Work
The studio is run by a researcher and practitioner who is directly involved in the work—from framing the problem to designing and testing approaches. This allows us to stay close to real-world complexity and avoid generic solutions.
We favor small, focused engagements that allow for depth, clarity, and thoughtful experimentation. This often includes rapid prototyping of AI-supported tools or workflows to test what holds up in practice, not just in theory.
